Lamb Burgers


Serve with salad, fries or chips

Ingredients:


1 lb ground lamb

2 slices bread crust removed

1 medium onion, finely chopped or grated

½ tsp grated ginger and ½ tsp garlic

1 tsp garam masala and ½ tsp crushed chillies

1tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves

Method

  1. Place lamb in large bowl.

  2. Soak bread in water for a few minutes and then squeeze to remove water and add to bowl.

  3. Add rest of ingredients and mix well.

  4. Form into patties and grill or pan fry till done.

  5. Serve in burger buns, split and toasted, spread some mayo, with lettuce and tomotoes.
