Tomato & Potato Pachadi


Ingredients:


1 large tomato (Steamed)

1 medium potato (Boiled)

1 small onion finely chopped

1 red chilli - remove seed - finely chopped

1 small bunch coriander leaves finely chopped

Salt to taste

Pineh of sugar



Method:

  1. Skin cooked tomatoes and potatoes.

  2. Mash together and add onion, chilli, coriander leaves, salt, sugar and mix well.

  3. Sprinkle some coriander leaves and serve.
