Cut the tofu into cubes. 2. Heat oil, and when hot, fry the tofu until a light golden brown, drain and set aside.3. Grind ingredients A into a thick paste.4. Grind ingredient B separately and keep aside. 5. Heat oil and fry the ground ingredient A until golden.6. Stir in the chili powder and fry a little before adding in the ground tomato.7. Let it boil until the oil starts separating.8. Now add the vegetable cube, salt and sugar to taste. Add a little bit of water if the sauce starts drying up. 9. Add the fried tofu and stir once without breaking the tofu. Cover it and let it cook on medium heat for 5 mins.10. Then give it a stir and continue to let it cook uncovered until the sauce (sambal) is thick.11. Serve with rice.
